DueDone Terms
Last updated: October 28, 2026. DueDone is operated by Curtis Digital Solutions ("we"). By using getduedone.com you agree to these terms.
What DueDone is — and is not
- DueDone is a listing and coordination platform. People post bills; donors pay billers directly.
- DueDone never receives, holds, pools, or transmits money, and is never a party to any payment between a donor and a biller.
- DueDone is not a charity or nonprofit. Gifts made through information on this site go to an individual's biller and are not tax-deductible.
- We do not guarantee that any bill will be funded, in whole or in part.
Posting a bill
- Bills must be real, currently owed, and yours (or your household's). Submitting a false bill is grounds for removal and a permanent ban.
- One active bill per household; no more than two funded bills in any 12-month period.
- Every bill is reviewed before listing. We may decline or remove any bill at our discretion.
- Value only ever flows to a biller. Posters never receive cash or cash equivalents through DueDone.
Paying a bill
- When you pay a biller, you do so directly through the biller's own payment channels, at your own initiative. Verify the biller and amount before paying.
- Submit the confirmation the biller gives you. Submissions are reviewed; false confirmations are grounds for removal and a ban.
- Payments you make to billers are between you and the biller. DueDone cannot refund, reverse, or redirect them.
Conduct
No harassment of posters or donors, no posting other people's personal information, no attempts to route payments to yourself or to extract cash. Posters' privacy choices must be respected; do not attempt to identify anonymous posters.
Liability
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Curtis Digital Solutions is not liable for payments made (or not made) between users and billers, or for the accuracy of user-submitted information beyond our stated verification process.
